Student Teacher / Assistant Program
The Student Teacher Assistant Program (ST/AP) is an elite leadership opportunity designed for our dedicated students ages 12 and up. Our mission is to bridge the gap between learner and mentor, providing a platform for mature students to develop professional work ethics, leadership qualities, and job-readiness skills. Assistants serve as vital role models, assisting in younger classes while building the character and experience needed for their own future careers.

Students in the ST/AP Program, can apply for discounted tuition per class they assist, after their first completed year in the program.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes early to prepare and greet students.
• Lead or assist with student warm-ups to get everyone ready for class.
• Help instructors track attendance and keep class records organized.
• Model correct behavior, energy, and technique for younger students to follow.
• Assist with setting up equipment before class and tidying up afterward.
• Act as a positive role model by being kind, encouraging, and hardworking.
HOW TO QUALIFY
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled student age 12 or older
- Excellent record of attendance
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Commitment to being a positive role model
