Tuition

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.

Tuition rates vary depending on class selection and weekly training hours. Multi-class discounts are available for students enrolled in more than one class. For detailed pricing information and current rates, please contact the studio directly. We are happy to assist you in finding the best training option for your dancer.

Registration Fee

An annual, non-refundable registration fee of $55 is required for the first student, with a discounted rate of $35 for each additional sibling. This fee secures enrollment in our programs and provides families with access to our studio app, where you can manage your account and receive important updates. The registration fee also includes a studio t-shirt for your dancer.

In subsequent years, if a returning dancer does not require a new company t-shirt, the annual registration fee will be reduced to $45.

Late Fees

A $15 late fee will be applied to any account balance not paid by the due date. This policy applies to all studio-related fees, including tuition, recital, costume, and other scheduled payments. We appreciate your timely payments, which help us maintain the quality and organization of our programs.

Recital Fees

The annual recital fee is $115 per family, with a discounted rate of $90 for each additional sibling. This fee includes a commemorative recital t-shirt for dancer, a medal, two tickets per family, and professional video footage of the performance.

Costume fees for ages 7 and under are $60/costume. Combo classes will have two recital costumes.

Costume fees for ages 8 and up are $75/costume.

Private Lessons

Tailored one-on-one coaching and technical refinement designed to help dancers reach their specific individual goals.

Private lessons are offered at a stand alone rate. For continuing lessons, a discounted rate may be available. Please contact the studio offer for rates and availability.

We are proud to support our local heroes. First responders—including firefighters, police, EMTs, and emergency dispatchers—receive a 10% discount on tuition. Simply provide a valid professional ID or proof of service to our studio office. Please contact us directly to apply this credit to your account.

First Responder Discounts

Studio Policies

A friendly reminder for our studio family to help ensure a professional, consistent, and safe artistic environment for every dancer.

ATTENDANCE

Regular participation is vital for technique and team morale. We kindly ask that parents notify the studio if a dancer will be missing their scheduled class.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

Make up classes will be offered if a class is cancelled by the studio or instructor due to illness, building maintenance, parish-wide closures or extreme weather warnings.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS

Written notice by the 15th of the month is required for program withdrawal. Please note that registration fees and performance and costume deposits are non-refundable.

DRESS CODE

Standardized attire ensures safety and allows instructors to correct alignment. Please refer to our studio guide for level-specific uniform requirements.

PAYMENT METHODS & DUE DATES

Tuition is processed on the 1st of each month via our automated portal. We accept all major credit cards, cash or check for your convenience. (A $15 fee will apply to bounced checks)

LATE FEES

To ensure our staff is compensated on schedule, a $15 late fee applies to accounts settled after the 5th of the month. Thank you for your support.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

We nurture a warm, respectful environment. We ask that dancers and families treat each other with kindness in our studios and waiting areas.

SAFETY & WAIVERS

Your dancer’s well-being is our top priority. A signed waiver and medical form must be active on your account before the first class of the season.
